New Ideas All the Way
At Veolia Transport, we question boundaries and offer our customers new and innovative transport-related services. Satisfying each individual customer’s requirements is a challenge, but with the technologies of today we see it as our mission to come up with new ideas. It can be something as simple as being able to provide a cup of coffee to someone riding the subway to work. It can be to offer real time information by providing a phone number that passengers can call to see if the bus is on schedule. It can be an SMS message sent to a mobile phone informing a commuter that a train is late.
Veolia Transport is also deeply committed to developing new transport systems together with public transport authorities (PTAs). Their special needs, together with our world-wide experience is often a good match. A perfect example is the new tramway in Rouen, France. Veolia Transport was involved in developing the tramway and has now signed a 30-year contract with the local PTA.
The methods are numerous and Veolia Transport is dedicated to offering new services and new transport systems.
